This splendid Tuscan villa offers a spacious living room, four spacious double rooms, each with
bathtub and toilet, and one small bedroom with shower and toilet in the small room, ample space
for five couples.
The house is centrally heated and its rustic decor provides a pleasant and cozy atmosphere well
into fall and winter.
You can rent the villa as a Holiday Home, with or without service.
HISTORY
Moci di Sopra was an antique tower dating back to the year 1000 which was redesigned over the
course of the centuries into a large villa with 515 square yards of dwelling. The house was
recently completely renovated in the classical Tuscan style with many details referring
to the traditional Tuscan lifestyle. It comfortably offers room for up to 11 persons. The
enchanting site amidst Chianti vineyards with a view to the castles of Brolio, Lecchi and
Tornano gives a hint to the strategical position that the porperty used to possess
troughout its long history.
AMENITIES
The Equipment of the house as well as the entire premises is very comfortable. It offers
satellite TV, telephone, Internet and PC. Baby beds are also available.
Due to the traditional construction of the house with thick stone walls the indoor
areas remain comfortably cool even on hot summer days.

The garden (6000square yards) invits you to seek relaxation to the fullest with enchanting
sunny and shady lounge areas, a lighted swimming pool (42x21 feet, 3-9feet depth). The
detached sheltered outside dining area provides a comfortable and enchanting place for long,
festive evenings in the Tuscan landscape. It overlooks the gentle rolling hills of the
surrounding area.

It offers the calmness and privacy of country life as well as proximity to picturesque
